Harpers Ferry with Kevo

Kevo came up with a concept - he wanted to do tricks in front of a moving train. The logical choice was to find locations in Harpers Ferry which is an iconic location for its train tunnels and historic buildings. When I scouted locations I couldn’t find anything that would work for us, however, I did find a spot next to the water that had these unique tunnels. As Kevo and I walked to the location I was explaining that with schedules and locations it might not be possible to execute his concept however, we could still make some epic pictures. In the middle of explaining this a train started to roll up! I dropped my bag, set up my flash and told Kevo to warm up! As we’re trying to throw this together a train starts rolling over the tracks so we just started shooting. I set my flash to ¼ power and hoped for the best. The results speak for themselves. From there we worked out the trick shot on top of the tunnels and then as a bonus backlight the tricks in the tunnel.

Epic afternoon of shooting!
